By booking a service with 603 Shine ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
Weather Policy: As a mobile service, our work is weather-dependent. In the event of rain, extreme cold, or hazardous conditions, 603 Shine reserves the right to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you.
2. Service Requirements & Access
Work Space: The Customer must provide a safe and legal place for 603 Shine to perform the service (e.g., a private driveway or a designated parking area).
Utilities: Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Customer must provide access to a working water spigot and a standard electrical outlet.
Vehicle Access: The Customer must ensure the vehicle is unlocked and accessible at the scheduled time. Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and car seats prior to our arrival. 603 Shine is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
3. Pricing and Payment
Variable Pricing: All online quotes are "starting at" prices. Final pricing is subject to change based on the actual size and condition of the vehicle (e.g., excessive pet hair, heavy biohazards, or extreme mud). We will provide a final price before work begins.
Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept [Cash, Credit Cards, Venmo, etc.].
4. Maintenance Plan Terms
Initial Detail Required: Our "Bi-Weekly Refresh" plan requires an initial Full Detail at the standard rate to bring the vehicle to a maintainable standard.
Subscription: Maintenance plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle.
5. Liability and Damage
Pre-existing Damage: 603 Shine is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: paint chips, cracked windshields, failing clear coats, or loose interior trim.
Mechanical Issues: We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical malfunctions that occur during or after the cleaning of the engine bay or interior electronic components.
Child Safety Seats: For liability reasons, we will not re-install car seats. We will clean around them or clean them if removed, but the Customer is responsible for proper installation.
6. Customer Satisfaction
Inspection: We encourage a walk-through inspection with the technician upon completion. If you are not satisfied, please notify us at the time of service.
Claims: Any claims regarding the quality of work must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the service.
7. Communication & SMS
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications regarding your appointment, including arrival times and service updates. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP".
8. Changes to Terms
603 Shine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
